Shifts:
6AM - 2PM
2PM - 10PM
10PM - 6AM
Responsibilities:
-Provides and oversees nursing care to assigned residents.
-Manage CNAs on assigned hall
-Conduct rounds on assigned hall
-Distribute medications
-Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts.
-Identify and monitor changes of condition with residents.
-Complete incident and accident reports.
-Admit and discharge residents from facility in a timely fashion.
