Blaze is currently hiring for a Personal Banker at our Woodbury West branch. As a Personal Banker, you are the frontline of Blaze and a trusted financial guide for Members. You’ll engage directly with members to understand their goals, identify their financial needs, and confidently recommend tailored products and services that empower their financial journey. You’ll be part of a dynamic, experienced team committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Your role
is vital—not only in supporting our members’ success but also in driving Blaze’s growth and mission forward. Blaze is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for $5,000 paid over two years, while candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for $5,500 paid over two years.
