What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections of residential electrical systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, safety, and reliability, and communicate recommendations to homeowners.
- Educate customers on available services, maintenance plans, and electrical system enhancements.
- Build trust with homeowners through professional communication and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and customer recommendations.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is completed in compliance with applicable codes and company standards.
- Support team and departmental goals through professionalism, customer satisfaction, and quality workmanship.
What You’ll Need:
- 1+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, construction, trades, or a related field preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
- Outgoing, customer-focused personality with the ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort discussing recommended services, maintenance agreements, and system upgrades with homeowners.
- Desire to learn and develop technical and sales skills in a residential service environment.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be 21 or older
