As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily management and coordination of logistics services for one or multiple customers. You ensure that all inbound and outbound flows are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time, while meeting agreed service levels and customer expectations.
You act as a key link between the customer, the warehouse, and operational teams. Through your coordination and proactive approach, logistics processes run smoothly, operational targets are achieved, and service quality is continuously improved. You monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and take the necessary actions to ensure operational excellence.
