About the role
We're looking for a Market Intelligence & Insights Specialist to strengthen how Blip understands the markets in which it competes - and the ones it may enter next.
This is a senior, high-visibility role focused on turning market, competitive, category, customer and industry intelligence into strategic decisions.
The scope is global, with a strong focus on Brazil, LATAM and EMEA, partnering with Product Marketing, Brand, Revenue, Product and C-level leadership.
The core of this position is understanding markets, competitors, buyers, categories, segments and emerging opportunities - and translating that intelligence into business decisions.

Success in this role will be reflected in how Market Intelligence helps Blip:
- Identify market opportunities earlier.
- Understand competitors and market dynamics more deeply.
- Prioritize the right segments, ICPs and verticals.
- Strengthen category and competitive positioning.
- Sharpen GTM strategies.
- Reduce uncertainty in strategic decisions.
- Detect meaningful market shifts before they become obvious.
What you'll own
- Market & Category Intelligence — Understand market size, growth, structure, category evolution and the forces.
- Segment, ICP & Vertical Intelligence — Identify where to play by assessing market attractiveness, customer needs, buying maturity, competitive intensity and Blip's right to win.
- International Market Intelligence — Support expansion decisions through market sizing, competitive landscapes, local dynamics, entry barriers and opportunity assessment.
- Buyer & Customer Insights — Understand why customers choose, delay, reject or leave, connecting buyer evidence to GTM, positioning, pricing and product decisions.
- Foresight & Trends — Detect market, technology and behavior shifts that may reshape Blip's category and growth opportunities.
- AI-enabled Intelligence — Use AI agents and assistants to increase the speed, depth and coverage of research, monitoring and synthesis while preserving rigor and human judgment.
What you bring
- Experience in Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, Consumer Insights or Strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Strong experience with market sizing, competitive analysis, segmentation, ICPs, verticals and market-entry studies.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, including interviews, win-loss analysis, surveys, segmentation and sizing.
- Ability to combine multiple sources and turn fragmented or imperfect evidence into a clear point of view.
- A track record of intelligence influencing real decisions across GTM, pricing, positioning, product or market expansion.
- Experience using AI tools, agents or assistants to accelerate research, monitoring and intelligence workflows.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.
- Advanced English.
