As a Laundry Lead at Courtyard, you’ll be essential to leading our behind-the-scenes success, keeping linens fresh, clean, and ready to support a seamless guest experience. Duties/Responsibilities Receive, sort, and separate soiled linens and terry into designated containers for proper processing.
Operate commercial washers and dryers to ensure efficient and high-quality linen output. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with hotel safety and cleanliness guidelines. Promptly report malfunctioning equipment, low inventory of supplies, and damaged linens to a supervisor to help ensure smooth laundry operations.
Lead and support the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality standards. Perform other job -related duties as assigned. Train, coach, and provide guidance to laundry attendants on proper procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation. Assist with scheduling and prioritize workload to meet occupancy demands and operational needs. Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest and operational linen needs are met.
