We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Client Implementation & Support Specialist to join our team. Role purpose
The Implementation Specialist gets new clients live on our software and keeps them successful afterward. You own a portfolio of assigned clients: you onboard them, configure the product, roll out new features, and follow up until they are satisfied.
This is a client-facing software role, not a hardware help desk. Success means clients go live on time, use the product well, and stay with us.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new clients onto our software, following implementation project guidelines.
- Set up and configure the product to fit each client's needs.
- Implement new features for existing clients.
- Serve as the main contact for your assigned clients by phone and email.
- Support clients with data and system maintenance throughout their contract.
- Back up the phone and email support team for new and existing clients.
- Follow up after each implementation or fix to confirm the client is satisfied.
- Keep issue tracking and project management tools accurate and up to date.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver a consistent experience.
- Share client feedback with product management and suggest feature enhancements.
- Build and maintain deep expertise in our software and implementation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced English, spoken and written.
- 2–3 years in client-facing roles in software support, customer success, or software implementation.
- Hands-on experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with software configuration, data management, or system implementation processes.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS companies or software onboarding.
- Experience working with financial institutions or fintech clients.
