Growth Marketing Manager

Job brief

We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth marketing strategies. As a growth marketing manager, your job is to find the channels and strategies to increase revenue. You should be able to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube) and drive content creation.
• Create, measure, and revise Digital Advertising campaigns based on data analysis to optimize ROI on spending
• Work with cross functional teams (Product, Business Development, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support revenue goals.
• Create, manage and experiment with new customer acquisition campaigns.
• Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
• Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in Growth/Performance Marketing roles preferably in high growth start-ups.
• Proficient with Data Analytics.
• SEO Experience is a plus
• MBA from a reputed college
• Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
• A positive, “can do” attitude
