Duties and responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate business process analysis, gather requirements and map them to solutions that leverage sales force functionality
- Guide best practices for security model, mobile deployment strategies, workflow, data validation and analytics
- Demonstrate Sales force capabilities to solve business problems by implementing Proof of Value pilots and producing the supporting documentation.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and with external vendors to achieve project goals
- Author detailed design solution and configuration specification using diagramming tools to represent business / technical processes
. * Stay current with the periodic Sales force releases and leverage the updates applicable to the organization
- Be part of a fast-paced agile scrum team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline is required
- At least three years’ experience in a technical architect role and six years of Salesforce experience including two years of experience in Salesforce Community Cloud
- Experience implementing and supporting large scale, complex solutions and integration of Sales force with other platforms and technologies
- Solid knowledge of Sales force architecture and integration components; Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, data migration and both API and user interface development principles
- Sales force certification or equivalent experience with various sales force modules including: CTI, Knowledge, Communities, and Lightning UI
- Scrum or Agile methodology experience is a must with Scrum Master experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter expects (SME)
