JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing IT operations and strategy across multiple portfolio companies within Cresten. This role requires managing diverse IT environments and implementing unified technology solutions to optimize performance, security, and scalability. The IT Manager will collaborate with executive staff to align IT strategies with the goals of each business entity while maintaining overall synergy within the organization’s IT framework.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee the setup and maintenance of all company devices to ensure proper installation of software systems, security configurations, and firewall protections.
- Standardize IT policies and procedures to maintain consistency while allowing flexibility for business-specific requirements.
- Implement shared services to optimize resource utilization.
