Engineering Clerk - Hourly

£14.12 Per Hour

We are looking for Engineering Admin Person to join our Inverness team.

You’ll be one of our experienced members of staff who maintains and repairs a modern and varied fleet of vehicles so our fantastic customers can travel safely and comfortably every day to healthcare and employment, to shopping and leisure, and to see friends and family.

• You’ll be working Monday to Friday 0800 – 1600 with degree of flexibility, 39 hours per week

The recruitment process is simple – you apply with your CV, we’ll have a good read then get you in for an interview and give you a tour of the depot, and that’s it!

Your main duties will be:

• Using Eams Systems to schedule work for workshop
• Inputting information for Fleet Engineer
• Uploading defect cards to the system
• Preparing Shunter’s rotas
• Maintaining personal files
• Assisting Stores and workshop
• Updating vehicle schedules
• Booking MOT’s
• Booking tacho inspections
