    • Work on solver validation and tuning in OMP for optimal planning results.

    • Support testing of new developed features and ensure clear documentation of what has been built.

    • Work closely with functional consultants and international client teams to understand planning requirements and provide adequate solutions.

    • Collaborate with internal OMP specialists and the OMP vendor for knowledge sharing and technical support.

    • Support and co-lead workshops, handover sessions and working sessions with client teams.

    • Work within a project development team, using different OMP environments and planning layers to build basic and advanced functionalities in customer/project repositories, using Git, Azure DevOps and Visual Studio Code.

    • Build strong expertise in supply chain planning through hands-on work within our OMP community.

    • Contribute to international projects across different countries, industries, and planning challenges.

    • Tackle complex, real-life supply chain problems in a pragmatic and data-driven way.

    • Work in a technology-driven environment where OMP is combined with other platforms and solutions.

    • Take ownership early on, with direct client exposure and real responsibility from the start.

    • Grow your career in a flexible way, deepening your expertise or expanding your scope based on your interests.

With a global presence in Europe, the US and APAC, we’re committed to shaping the future of value chains, one success story at a time.

Within the Supply Chain Planning business unit, we have built up specific expertise in four main areas: Life sciences, Consumer Goods, Chemicals & Industrials. In these industries, we support a range of global leaders in their E2E planning transformation journey such as Bayer, Johnson&Johnson, BASF and Bridgestone.

During these E2E supply chain planning transformations, our experts support our customers in every step of their journey. We partner up to define a vision and review the operating model to create a strong and agile basis for the future.

The Supply Chain Planning business unit designs & implements our customers’ business transformation by defining the future organizational operating model, designing new ways of working & advanced planning systems (APS), feeding their data factory, accelerating their setup towards agile S&OP or guiding them through their end-to-end supply chain planning. We do not work for them but rather with them, and we stand by their side the entire time. That is the only way to make changes stick and flourish.
