Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Change Management and Training Analyst to support training, knowledge development, and user adoption for a global supply chain system.
In this role, you will facilitate system training and develop clear, effective learning resources that help users understand and successfully navigate system capabilities. You will create a variety of training and knowledge materials, including traditional documentation, reference resources, and interactive tutorials using Adobe Captivate.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team while helping users gain the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to successfully adopt and use critical system capabilities.
