BluLever Education is empowering Africa’s artisans with skills for the future. BluLever achieves this through holistic vocational education and skills training that creates ethical industry professionals of a global standard. BluLever’s Braamfontein Campus, focused on plumbing apprenticeships, launched in early 2021.

WHERE WE ARE NOW
BluLever Education is preparing Africa for the 4th industrial revolution by mobilising a movement of 5 million artisans as active citizens. We currently offer plumbing apprenticeships for multiple cohorts per year, as well as various other artisan training products such as the MakersHub—an incubation hub that supports small businesses in their journey to growth, formalisation, and stability. The BluLever team is expanding rapidly, with our new Cape Town campus opening in late 2026 bringing even more opportunities for growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will work on operationalising our learning products and ensuring our students have a great experience. You will manage all aspects of learning operations and student experience, managing resources, scheduling, feedback collection, and more. You will work with the Facilitation Manager and Facilitation team to ensure the highest quality product delivery.

WHAT YOU NEED

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in product or programme management, operations, training, or facilitation. Proven experience leading or managing programmes is key.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree.

Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience working with and managing students or other core stakeholders.

Systems & Startup Exposure: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is beneficial. Prior experience working in a start-up environment is a big plus.
