OUR VISION AND MISSION
BluLever Education is empowering Africa’s artisans with skills for the future. BluLever achieves this through holistic vocational education and skills training that creates ethical industry professionals of a global standard. BluLever’s Braamfontein Campus, focused on plumbing apprenticeships, launched in early 2021.

WHERE WE ARE NOW
BluLever Education is preparing Africa for the 4th industrial revolution by mobilising a movement of 5 million artisans as active citizens. We currently offer plumbing apprenticeships for multiple cohorts per year, as well as various other artisan training products such as the MakersHub—an incubation hub that supports small businesses in their journey to growth, formalisation, and stability. The BluLever team is expanding rapidly, with our new Cape Town campus opening in late 2026 bringing even more opportunities for growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Student Affairs Associate, your role will include the design and implementation of holistic support programmes for our apprentices on campus. This includes facilitating wellness workshops, work readiness initiatives, and providing individual support through advisors. In addition, as part of the Student Affairs team, you will be involved in our Leadership Base Camp facilitation and Alumni Programme implementation.

WHAT YOU NEED

Qualifications: Must be a qualified and registered Social Worker, Psychologist, or Counsellor.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience supporting young adults, with a strong foundation in providing and implementing holistic support programmes.

Facilitation Skills: Experience in facilitation, teaching, or training is beneficial.

Core Mindset: A strong passion for education, developing people, and elevating the overall learner experience.

Logistics: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
