Job Description:

This position is responsible for serving as the primary senior managerial presence for the Beverage Dept in managing all aspects of casino gaming floor Beverage Service. The position will supervise team members for safe alcohol service, protection of assets and holding team members accountable for maintaining a high level of performance in delivering memorable sincere service.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Managers the shift floor and service responsibilities for the Beverage Department
• Focuses on bar operations and infrastructure of the Beverage Department
• Drives Team Member satisfaction with ongoing training and development
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Other duties as assigned.
