Overview At Boar’s Head Resort , we are looking for an energetic and guest-focused Barista & Smoothie Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment while delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient Grab & Go experience for our guests, while supporting broader Food & Beverage operations during peak times.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and light food items Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized guest service Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café/Grab & Go area Process transactions accurately using POS systems Restock products, merchandise, and supplies throughout the shift Assist with opening and closing duties Support Food & Beverage operations as needed, including poolside service support during peak periods Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
