Boar's Head Resort is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our Engineering team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems throughout the resort. The HVAC Technician plays a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and exceptional environment for our guests, members, and team members by maintaining the highest standards of facility performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, boilers, cooling towers, rooftop units, air handlers, fan coil units, split systems, exhaust systems, pumps, and associated equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using appropriate testing equipment.
- Monitor and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
- Respond promptly to guest room and facility maintenance requests related to HVAC systems.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain refrigeration equipment serving restaurants, kitchens, bars, and banquet operations.
- Replace motors, compressors, belts, bearings, filters, valves, thermostats, sensors, and other HVAC components as needed.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, fire/life safety standards, and applicable building codes.
- Complete work orders accurately using the resort's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Assist with general building maintenance projects as assigned, including basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
- Coordinate with outside contractors during equipment installations, inspections, and major repairs.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
