Dealership Warranty Admin

We are seeking an experienced Dealership Warranty Administrator to join our corporate team at Bob King Automotive Group. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and process warranty claims for automotive repairs according to manufacturer guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of warranty procedures in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Review and verify warranty claims submitted by technicians and service advisors.
2. Ensure all warranty claims are accurate, complete, and comply with manufacturer requirements.
3. Communicate with manufacturers to obtain approvals or additional information for warranty claims.
4. Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims, approvals, and denials.
5. Collaborate with the service and parts departments to streamline warranty claim processes.
6. Provide support and guidance to service advisors and technicians on warranty-related matters.
7. Stay up-to-date on manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in a warranty administration role within a dealership or automotive service center.
3. Strong knowledge of automotive warranty procedures and requirements.
4. Proficient in using computer systems and software for warranty claim processing.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
