As Investment Fund Operations Associate, you'll drive our international investment operations by:
Managing Financial Transactions: Process cross-border investment and cash-related transactions while preparing comprehensive accounting records from independent sources
Reconciliation & Valuation: Reconcile international bank/broker statements and balances, handle investment pricing, and calculate the Net Asset Value (NAV) of shares
Financial Management: Calculate income/expense accruals, management/performance fees, and handle payment disbursements across jurisdictions
Reporting & Communication: Prepare tailored financial statements (assets/liabilities, operations, net asset changes), publish NAVs, and manage correspondence with external partners globally (banks, brokers, custodians, lawyers, auditors)
You'll gain deep expertise in international fund operations, build a strong foundation in investment markets, and work across multiple jurisdictions and asset classes. This role offers genuine career progression within our growing operations team.
University degree in Finance, Banking and Investments, Accounting, or Business Administration
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional experience in finance, banking, accounting, or financial operations roles is an advantage
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for financial operations and detail
Genuine curiosity about how global investment markets work
Interest in international investment operations and financial systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Dynamic attitude with strong communication abilities
