Facilities Officer

In this position you will....

The Facilities Officer plays a key role in delivering efficient workplace operations and exceptional customer service across the office environment. The role is responsible for managing mailroom and courier services, supporting workplace and pantry operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless experience for employees, visitors, and service providers. Working closely with the Senior Facilities Officer, the Facilities Officer helps ensure daily operations run smoothly and supports workplace projects, including office move and onboarding activities.

 You will require the following qualifications and skills                                                                                                               

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline preferred.
• 2-4 years' experience in facilities, workplace services, mailroom operations, office administration, hospitality, or customer service.
• Experience working within a corporate office environment is advantageous.
