Senior Facilities Officer

In this position you will....

The Senior Facilities Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of workplace and facilities services to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality office environment. The role manages service providers, workplace operations, facilities maintenance, pantry services, and minor projects while ensuring compliance with company standards and statutory requirements. The position serves as a key liaison between employees, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional workplace experiences and operational excellence.

 You will require the following qualifications and skills                                                                                                               

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in facilities management, workplace services, office operations, or corporate real estate support.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and workplace projects.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and facilities best practices.
• Experience within a multinational corporate environment is highly desirable.
