    Job description

    Who We Are

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.

As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.

    Role Overview

As Training Department Administrator, you'll be the coordination hub for training programs across the company: scheduling sessions, tracking enrollment and completion, maintaining compliance documentation, and keeping Training and Flight Operations in sync on crew currency and qualifications. This role touches nearly every part of the business and directly supports our safety and regulatory obligations.

You'll thrive here if you're the person who keeps every detail straight even when priorities shift by the hour: organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling schedules, records, and stakeholders in a fast-moving aviation environment.

    What You'll Do

    • Own scheduling and logistics for training sessions, courses, and certifications across multiple departments.
    • Track enrollment, attendance, and completion records to keep training data accurate and current.
    • Maintain training files, documentation systems, and compliance records to FAA and regulatory standards.
    • Prepare and distribute training materials, handouts, and participant packages.
    • Provide administrative support to Training Department leadership, including correspondence and stakeholder communication.
    • Partner with Flight Operations to track crew currency and ensure members are qualified for assigned duties.

    Required Qualifications

    • 2–5 years of administrative experience (training, HR, or corporate environment preferred).
    • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or professional certification a plus.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and databases with high attention to detail.
    • Valid Florida driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the aviation industry or fractional aircraft operations, ideally Part 135.
    • Familiarity with FAA regulations and training requirements.
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Canvas, or similar platforms.
    • Experience creating training materials or instructional documents.

    Why BOND

We're building a next-generation aviation company, and we invest in the people making it happen. Joining BOND means stepping into a fast-moving, high-standards environment where your work has a direct impact from day one.

    • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
    • Performance-based bonus eligibility (role dependent)
    • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with supplemental coverage options and company-paid life insurance
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Paid time off and company holidays for eligible roles

If you're ready to help build something exceptional — we'd love to hear from you!
