The Provider Enrollment Liaison is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of enrolling providers. This role ensures timely and accurate submission of provider applications, revalidations, and updates to maintain compliance with our contractual obligations to our contracted payers, State and Federal Agency requirements. Additionally, the Provider Enrollment Liaison supports timely reimbursement efforts. The Provider Enrollment Liaison collaborates with providers, contracted payers, internal teams including, but not limited to Network Operations, Revenue Cycle Management and the Referral Team to mitigate issues and successfully streamline providers enrollment with payers.

Operating Responsibilities

Coordinate and submit enrollment and revalidation applications for all new and existing providers with contracted payers to enable them to begin and continue seeing patients.
Ensure employed providers are properly enrolled with Medicare and Medicaid, to enable them to begin and continue seeing patients.
Maintain accurate provider data in SalesForce and Availity for all providers. And, accurate provider data in CAQH profiles, NPPES, PECOS, and payer portals for employed providers.
Monitor enrollment status and perform regular follow up with contracted payers to resolve enrollment issues and expedite processing when necessary.
Track and maintain revalidation dates to ensure continuous participation with contracted payers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, and internal and external stakeholders regarding enrollment status.
Stay current on regulatory and contracted payer changes impacting provider enrollment processes.

Education & Skills

Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, proven equivalent experience accepted.
2-4 years of proven experience in provider enrollment or credentialing.
Knowledgeable of Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial payers across multiple states.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills.
Proficient with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, Availity and payer specific portals.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
Ability to seamlessly pivot priorities with minimal disruption
