Gyms, studios, clinics and all time-slot based services are a massive slice of the economy that still charge one flat price and watch open slots perish. We fix that. We integrate into the booking systems these businesses already run on forecast demand class by class and slot by slot, and move price and incentives in real time to fill inventory.
We are live in production with some of the largest national fitness brands, boutique studios, clinics, and chains. We are a small team that ships fast and stays unusually close to the work. Everyone here talks to customers, owns whole surfaces end to end, and cares about the outcome, not the ticket. We're hiring our founding engineering team and would love for you to be a part of it!\ \ **About the role** This is a high agency role for engineers who want to own the product itself.
You'll have an enormous surface area and real say in what we build. Design and craft matter here, but this is about range and ownership. What you’ll work on: \- Building and owning core product surfaces end to end: the Booko Platform, implementation and integration, and the workflows members and operators actually use from spec to production\ \- Building and testing adjacent roadmap products: adjacent AI automations, targeted marketing, and new verticals\ \ You'll be a good fit if \- You're full-stack and fast\ \- You have good product instincts and an eye for craft, even if design isn't your specialty\ \- You thrive on ownership and breadth: you want to spec, build, ship, and move on to the next thing\ \- You want to be in person in SF or NYC with a tight, ambitious team
