We are looking for a Team Lead SEO to join our team and lead the large-scale launch of mono-brand websites across European GEOs.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage the 3rd team (hiring in-house specialists and managing a network of freelancers).
- Plan and execute a strategy for the large-scale launch of mono-brand websites across European GEOs.
- Manage the full cycle: from domain acquisition to website deployment and monetization.
- Manage budgets and resources and analyze ROI.
- Ensure FTD targets are achieved.
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming.
- Experience with large-scale website launches: hands-on experience generating and launching websites at scale (hundreds/thousands per month).
- Experience working with European GEOs.
- Ability to build processes for freelancers and manage large volumes of tasks.
- Strong focus on business metrics (traffic, conversions, FTD).
Will be a plus:
- Deep understanding of process automation (content generation, website deployment, link building).
- Experience working with contractors/freelancers at different stages of website creation.
