As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of the company, including product development, tech innovation, and team leadership. Responsibilities:

** * **Technology Strategy and Leadership:** * Develop and implement a cohesive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives. * Lead and manage the technology team to ensure the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions. * Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive. * **Technology Operations:** * Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of all technological infrastructure and systems. * Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of the company’s technology platforms and systems. * Manage technology budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment. * **Innovation and Development:** * Drive innovation within the organization, identifying opportunities for technological advancements and improvements. * Lead the research and development (R&D) efforts to create new products and services. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technology team. * **Act as Tech Advisor:** * Collaborate with other executives to establish strategic plans and objectives. * Communicate the company’s technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, and stakeholders. * Serve as a technical advisor to other departments and executive management. * **Team Management:** * Recruit, develop, and retain top technical talent to build a high-performing technology team. * Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. * Implement best practices for software development, project management, and quality assurance. * **Risk Management:** * Identify and mitigate technological risks to the company’s operations and objectives. * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. * Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role, preferably in B2B e-Commerce and SaaS solutions. * Extensive knowledge of technological trends and a strategic vision for aligning technology with business growth. * Strong expertise in product development, cloud server technology. * Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance technology teams. * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
