Sales Representative - Mobility Aftermarket

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Mobility Aftermarket department. In this role, you will act as a key partner for the Bosch car workshop network within your area of responsibility. Your mission will be to promote Bosch’s end-to-end portfolio, increase loyalty and expand our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for partner car workshops within your assigned territory.
• Identify and support partner needs by delivering tailored solutions, practical advice and training guidance.
• Promote and follow-up on Bosch parts pull, as well as workshop equipment, services and diagnostics usage in your area.
• Actively acquire new workshops and drive the expansion of the workshop networks by generating, qualifying, and converting potential leads.

What distinguishes you:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Experience with workshop business models is a plus.
• Fluency in both Greek & English.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and engage with various stakeholders.
• A proactive and collaborative team player with high integrity and customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
