- Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing prompt assistance with inquiries and purchases
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions, including credit cards, and other payment methods
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions and identify their needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales counter area at all times
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working toward effective resolutions
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive shopping environment
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, when needed

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to process payments accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills
