**Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities:**

- Process customer orders, quotes, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell complementary products and services to maximize customer value
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company database
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product availability

**Required Qualifications:**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills with demonstrated ability to operate business software and database systems
- Reliable personal transportation
- Proven warehouse experience in shipping and receiving operations
- Certified forklift operation skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or commercial environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
