HR Advisor – Operations

We are establishing a dynamic and future‑focused organisation in Abu Dhabi to support our business and projects worldwide, aiming to grow to 500 employees by the end of 2027, with continued expansion well into the years ahead.

As an HR Advisor for Operations, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of end-to-end HR operational activities, ensuring smooth and compliant employee processes throughout the employment lifecycle. This includes preparing employment letters and contracts, coordinating visa and immigration processes, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring HR documentation is handled efficiently and in line with company policies and local regulations.

Your responsibilities as an HR Advisor (Operations) are:

• Manage end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding, while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Prepare employment letters, certificates and other employee-related documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, providing timely advice and resolving day-to-day HR operational queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working within HR Operations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a professional, responsive, and high-quality HR service that supports both business continuity and future growth.
• Support wider HR initiatives and respond flexibly to changing business priorities.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as an HR Advisor (Operations) if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR operations or HR administration, preferably within a large or international organisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes and areas of HR.
• Adaptability and resilience when priorities, processes or business requirements change.

• Where you will work: You will work from our beautiful office in Abu Dhabi. There are possibilities that you will visit projects and other branch offices.
