POSITION SUMMARY:
Boston Medical Center’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a per diem OBGYN provider (moonlighter) to provide high-quality clinical coverage on the Labor & Delivery unit at our Brighton campus. This role is ideal for a physician looking for flexible coverage opportunities while contributing to BMC’s mission of delivering exceptional, equitable, and compassionate care to women and birthing patients.

The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
