POSITION SUMMARY:
Vice Chair of Quality and Safety
The Vice Chair for Quality and Safety for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology directs quality and safety (Q&S) efforts in both inpatient and ambulatory settings. The Vice Chair will report directly to the Site Chief and indirectly to the System Chief to optimize and oversee the Q&S activities within the department for both BMC Brighton and BMC South. The Vice Chair will provide leadership, strategic direction and partnership with the Administrative Director to oversee the department Quality Improvement (QI) efforts. The Vice Chair will have 20% protected time for the position. The Vice Chair may spend their clinical time as a generalist or a subspecialist.

Compensation range: $330,993 - $380,906
The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
