Delivery Supervisor

The position is to:

• Oversee route deliveries, ensuring accurate, on-time service and consistent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accountability for route inventory, including load validation and discrepancy reporting.
• Ensure fleet safety and policy compliance through inspections and safe work practices.
• Lead delivery assistants to support efficient route execution and customer service.

The position requirements are:
•    High School Diploma or equivalent
•    Prior experience in delivery, distribution, or route supervision, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
•    Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including route timing, inventory control, and customer service.
•    A valid B2 driver’s license
