Engagement Associate

The position is to:

• Coordinate member engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives that enhance the member experience.
• Develop communications, workplans, designs, and budgets to support successful program execution.
• Administer surveys, analyze engagement data, and prepare reports and insights.
• Support compliance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

The position requirements are:

•  Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field; Bachelor Degree preferred
• Experience working in HR, engagement, marketing, or related field
•  Experience in survey administration, data analysis, and reporting
•  Strong communication, organization and project management skills
