Operational Excellence Manager

The position is to: 

• Lead Integrated Management Systems by maintaining document controls that meet ISO and FSSC standards.
• Drive Continuous Improvement by leading organization-wide improvement initiatives.
• Oversee Operational Risk & Resilience by managing HSE/QHSE programs, business continuity plans, emergency preparedness, and incident investigations.
• Provide Strategic Leadership by guiding the department's direction, team performance and resources.

The position requirements are: 

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, Science, or a related field
• Experience with management systems and ISO/FSSC standards, including managerial experience
• ISO 9001 Lead Implementer certification required
• Lead, Food Safety, or Business Continuity certification is an asset
