Production Manager

The position is to:

• Lead production operations and ensure targets are achieved.
• Coordinate production activities with Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and Quality Assurance.
• Improve efficiency, reduce costs, waste and equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The position requirements are:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, Food and beverage production processes.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
