Program Analyst

Overview

PROGRAM ANALYST (JXN 2026-26178):

Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst to join our team in Crane, IN in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Crane Division. The Program Analyst will be responsible for maintain charts, aiding in tracking action items required for the specific contract.

Responsibilities

Essential functions will include:

• Assigned to and assisting in other administrative duties as assigned
• Capture and edit photos/videos for promotional purposes.
• Communicate with vendors via email, telephone and in person, attending and tracking meeting minutes and developing slides for presentation use
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree is required at a minimum however a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• At least three to five (3-5) years of professional experience in a Program Analyst or equivalent role is required
• SharePoint experience is required.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

Target salary range for this position is $65,000 to $78,000 annually based on qualifications and experience

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.  US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
