We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Opportunity Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support daily operations across the Netherlands and Belgium/Luxembourg. The role requires frequent switching between tasks, handling both operational processing and customer communication (phone and email), while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Process daily pump and sensor orders, warranty forms and WeCare registrations
Handle phone-based communication mainly with people with diabetes, wholesalers and healthcare providers
Collaborate internally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Support.
Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming requests
Actively monitor and follow up on open opportunities to ensure sales progression
Ensure a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction in all interactions
Profile we are looking for:
Proactive and able to take ownership
Comfortable in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Able to switch quickly and easily between tasks and priorities
Structured and solution-oriented
Able to combine daily operations with customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years relevant experience
Strong oral and written skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus
Strong communication skills, especially over the phone, with the ability to demonstrate empathy when interacting with customers
Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change
Team-oriented attitude with openness and collaborative spirit
Comfortable working in an operational, detail-oriented environment with a significant amount of manual tasks
Working Model:
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, with two days per week in the Heerlen office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) to support collaboration and team connection.
