    Job description

    The HR Business Partner II Distribution (FM and LPD) reports to the HRBP Manager and is responsible for developing a strategic partnership with Distribution Managers in the Walloon and Brussels regions. He/she identifies, initiates and follows up on the necessary HR-related actions and initiatives, while communicating and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop a thorough understanding of the core activities, strategy and priorities of Fine-Meshed Distribution (business acumen), while mapping the profile and development potential of management at all levels.
    2. Act as a proactive strategic partner and primary point of contact for all HR matters by proposing a structured approach and annual priorities, identifying business needs and translating them into concrete actions and development initiatives, in close cooperation with the HR Centers of Competence.
    3. As a member of the Strategic HR Business Partner Team, contribute to the development of the HR strategy, support the continuous improvement of Corporate HR processes and policies, and guide the Centers of Competence in designing business-relevant solutions in order to ensure effective and high-quality support to the organization.
    4. Develop an annual HR plan for the business areas under his/her responsibility and initiate key HR initiatives that contribute to the successful execution of the business strategy.
    5. Ensure HR support across the business unit and contribute to the implementation of the BU strategy through the following areas:
    • Change Management: Define and implement the required change programs. Assume overall responsibility for all HR aspects of reorganization projects.
    • Attract, Source & Deploy: Monitor recruitment processes. Participate in line management interviews. Design assessment cases and advise management to support sound hiring decisions.
    • Learn & Re-deploy: Manage training, coaching and development plans for the entities under his/her responsibility. Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
    • Talent & Performance Management: Manage, facilitate and follow up on Talent & Performance programs. Support Distribution Managers in their talent and performance management responsibilities.
    • Reward: Assume overall responsibility for the implementation of reward management programs and policies. Ensure internal consistency in compensation practices.
    • Organization Design: Advise and support management on organizational structure and reorganization matters.
    • Exit Management: Manage disciplinary and exit cases and ensure the correct application of relevant procedures.
    • Union & Employee Relations: Maintain constructive relationships with social partners and employee representatives to preserve a positive social climate.

    6. Management Coaching: Coach and support senior management in people management and their own personal development through individual development plans, enabling them to strengthen their leadership capabilities.
