VP Global Vertical Markets - Food & Beverage, Beauty & Personal Care & LMI

Paxon, part of Bnode (formerly bpostgroup), is looking for an experienced VP Global Vertical Markets - Food & Beverage, Beauty & Personal Care & LMI (Licensing, Media & Institutions) to lead the global strategy and commercial development of these key vertical markets.

Reporting to the CCO Paxon 3PL, you will drive revenue growth, market expansion, profitability and customer acquisition across our international network. You will act as the global business leader and market expert for your verticals, translating market insights into commercial strategies, customer solutions and sustainable growth.

Your responsibilities

• Define and execute the global strategy and multi-year growth plans for your vertical markets.
• Develop market positioning, value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive international revenue growth, margin expansion and new customer acquisition.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities, key accounts and partnerships.
• Build senior relationships with global customers and act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts.
• Lead and support major customer engagements and commercial negotiations.
• Position Paxon's portfolio across Logistics & Fulfilment, Marketing Logistics & Brand Activation, Brand Packaging and related services.
• Work with Tender Management and Solution Design to develop industry-specific customer solutions.
• Lead and coordinate Global Account Directors, Account Managers and Business Development teams supporting your verticals.
• Monitor market developments, customer needs, competition and emerging opportunities.
• Represent Paxon at relevant industry events and strengthen our position in the market.
