Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade full-stack applications using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Architect scalable, secure, high-performance solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality software solutions.
- Design and develop robust RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure high code quality through automated testing and CI/CD practices.
- Drive technical discussions, solution design sessions, and architectural decision-making.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and database efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and enterprise governance policies.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical backlog management.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and development efficiency.
- Support DevOps initiatives, release management, and continuous delivery processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role
- Proven experience leading full-stack development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6/7/8, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API
- Strong hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and/or React
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle Database
- Extensive experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, Stored Procedures, and database optimization
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and API Security (OAuth2, JWT)
- Hands-on experience with Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and SOLID Principles
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Enterprise Application Development preferred
- Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
