About the Role

We are looking for an Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing Sites, Suppliers, and Service Providers to ensure orders are processed accurately, communicated effectively, and fulfilled on time.

This is a highly collaborative position where strong communication, customer focus, and attention to detail are critical to success. You will provide visibility across the order fulfilment process, proactively resolve issues, and help ensure customer commitments are delivered.

In This Role, You Will

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery.
• Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Act as a key point of contact for customer order enquiries and updates.
• Coordinate with Sales teams, manufacturing sites, suppliers, and service providers to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor order progression and proactively communicate delivery schedules and order status.
• Support forward order planning and ongoing order management activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within business systems such as Epicor and Salesforce.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve order-related issues and escalate risks where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in customer service, customer order management, order fulfilment, sales support, administration, inside sales, account coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Epicor is advantageous but not essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting customer orders, sales administration, customer service, operations coordination, or order fulfilment activities is desirable.
• Qualifications or studies in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, Customer Service, or a related field are advantageous but not required.

Shift: Monday to Wednesday onsite. Thursday and Friday work from home
