Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of ReactJS applications using modern patterns — functional components, hooks, context, and reusable stores.
• Architect and implement modular, scalable UI components with clear state management and efficient rendering.
• Design and develop microfrontend architectures using Webpack Module Federation or similar frameworks to enable independent builds, deployments, and integrations across multiple teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of multiple microfrontends within a unified shell or host application with consistent theming and routing.
• Implement authentication and authorization flows, including Single Sign- On (SSO) integrations (OAuth2/ OpenID Connect / SAML) within React applications.
• Integrate video players, media libraries, and video delivery workflows within React-based applications.
• Collaborate on full-stack development using Node.js, Python, and PHP for backend integration.
• Ensure frontend performance optimization, caching, and code-splitting for large-scale applications.
• Deploy and maintain web apps in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Take end-to-end ownership of modules and contribute to architecture decisions for scalable frontends.
• Focus on Media streaming, security and media editorial tools.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Redux or Zustand, component lifecycle, state management).
• Strong command of Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), async programming, and performance optimization.
• Strong command on Media steaming, media platform experience.
• Hands-on experience with microfrontend development and Webpack Module Federation or equivalent modular architecture approaches.
• Proven experience implementing authentication and authorization, including Single Sign-On (SSO) using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or SAML in React applications.
• Practical experience working on video-based or media platforms (players, timelines, thumbnails, analytics, etc.).
• Working experience with Node.js / Python for backend logic or API layers.
• Strong proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Jest / React Testing Library / Cypress / Playwright for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency in Dockerized deployments, serverless environments, and cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills; capable of independent ownership and end-to-end delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js, micro frontends, or modular UI architectures for scalable multi-team applications.
• Exposure to Java backend integrations and cross-language API collaboration.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with 3D asset rendering, WebGL, Three.js, or similar frameworks for interactive visual experiences.
• Practical exposure to AR/VR development workflows or integrations with web- based 3D environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD automation, build pipelines, and frontend observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Sentry, Grafana).
• Prior experience mentoring or leading small UI teams, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices.
