    Job description

    Location: Austin, TX
Salary Range:  $55,500 – $84,000 per year, based on experience
Type:  Full-time, on-site position with travel between locations throughout Austin, TX.

North American Dental Sleep Management (NADSM) is an administrative and management services organization dedicated to supporting a growing network of Dental and Sleep Medicine PLLCs across the country. We partner with dental and sleep medicine providers to deliver the operational infrastructure, administrative expertise, and management support they need to focus on what matters most — providing exceptional patient care.

Our team works behind the scenes to ensure the practices we support run efficiently and effectively, handling the complexities of day-to-day operations so that clinicians can dedicate their time and energy to their patients. NADSM serves as the backbone of a dynamic and expanding group of practices at the intersection of two rapidly growing fields — dental care and sleep medicine.

At NADSM, we are building something meaningful. We believe that when the right administrative and operational support is in place, providers can do their best work and patients experience better outcomes. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to be part of a company that is growing with purpose, we would love to have you on our team.

NADSM is growing—your role will involve overseeing clinical operations across seven established Austin locations (from Southwest and Central to Cedar Park, Georgetown, Kyle, Killeen, and Waco) as well as our Bentonville, AR office. You’ll lead a high-performing team delivering life-changing oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea and snoring, ensuring consistent quality of care, seamless patient experiences. With ambitious plans to expand further and a shared mission to help thousands more improve their health and well-being, this position is pivotal in scaling our impact across Texas and beyond.

    Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to oversee all clinical operations—ensuring efficient patient flow, supervising the clinical team, resolving real-time operational issues, managing budgets, and driving enhancements in care delivery and outcomes.

    • Address operational issues in real time, resolving bottlenecks promptly
    • Partner with leadership on clinical budget management and cost control
    • Collaborate with staff to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
    • Manage provider schedules to meet patient demand and organizational goals
    • Travel between locations required locally and out of state as needed.
