We are looking for a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate must be organized, efficient, professional, and overly communicative. He or she will be able to work with a variety of people and departments (new business, creative, strategy, analytics, account) to deliver great, collaborative work against agency deadlines.
Salary range: $46000 - $56000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Research accounts and contacts to develop compelling and tailored value propositions.
Use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers.
Engage with prospects to share the company vision, identify opportunities, and generate interest.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to boost company profit and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Disseminate qualified new opportunities to appropriate sales representative, collaborating with reps about the opportunity and determining appropriate action items.
Develop and maintain a knowledge of the products and services.
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required.

Previous professional experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
