For our office in Singapore we are looking for a motivated professional who will join our team! The Polyolefins Customer Service (Asia) is the main representative on the operational management of the orders delivered locally in Asia. This position will have within its scope active communication and updates on forecast and material availability, as well as the management of the entire operational chain guaranteeing (i) clear and precise communication; (ii) check and coordination of documents (order confirmation, invoice, packing list, etc.) expedition to clients; (iii) active check on financial statements; and (iv) providing the clients feedback on queries and requests related to their experience in Braskem. All of it with a strong sense of post-delivery care and actions to improve continuously the customer satisfaction rate and ensure healthy customer accounts.

Technical / Management Knowledge
- Completed higher vocational education or relevant professional training at comparable level;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, International trade (import/export order handling), Sales Administration or related areas;
- Possess an understanding of import/export documentation and procedures such as: Letter of credits and, Incoterm familiarity, Logistics documents (CMR, Delivery Note, CoA, etc);
- Solid understanding of the overall Order-to-Cash Process;
- Strong process understanding and analytical skills;
- Understanding of interfaces and correlations between the relevant operational functions (Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.);
- Experience in SAP or another ERP system;
- Solid MS office skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong customer focus and capacity of receiving feedback and managing conflicts;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Leadership abilities to coordinate and provide guidance on complex operational problems;
- Adaptability and drive towards problem solving.
