    Engineering Intern

Location: Houston, Texas, onsite - 5 days a week

    Summer 2026

Are you an engineering student who loves problem-solving and learning how things work? Bray International—a global leader in valves, actuators, and control products—is looking for motivated Engineering Interns to join our team. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll work on real projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and gain valuable experience in a manufacturing environment.

You won’t be stuck observing from the sidelines—this role is about learning by doing and making a real impact.

    What You’ll Do

    • Take ownership of one or two meaningful engineering projects that support manufacturing and business improvements
    • Work closely with engineers and teams across different departments
    • Use data, analysis, and problem-solving skills to tackle real engineering challenges
    • Support day-to-day activities within our Global Technology Group
    • Help design, test, and improve products alongside experienced engineers

    What We’re Looking For

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
    • Interest in manufacturing, product design, or engineering analysis
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges
    • Previous internship, co-op, or hands-on experience is a plus—but not required
    • Leadership or involvement in student organizations is a bonus

    Projects You May Work On

    • Designing or improving test equipment and procedures
    • Analyzing Bray products or competitor designs
    • Helping troubleshoot product or supplier issues
    • Researching new materials or engineering methods
    • Assisting with prototype builds and validation testing
    • Supporting product testing in the lab or on the manufacturing floor

    Why You’ll Love This Internship

    • Full-time, 40 hours per week
    • Real-world engineering experience—not busywork
    • Mentorship from experienced engineers
    • Training and professional development opportunities
    • Exposure to multiple engineering teams and disciplines
    • Potential opportunity for a full-time role after graduation

If you’re excited to gain hands-on experience, build your skills, and kickstart your engineering career, apply today and join Bray International.
