We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the enterprise automation space to hire a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its founding team in Brazil.

This isn't a traditional software engineering role. You'll work directly with customers, building AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems, deploying production-ready applications, and shaping the future of an AI platform already transforming operations for leading enterprises.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Partner directly with customers throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption to ensure they get maximum value from AI solutions.

• Design and build new product capabilities, prototypes, MVPs, and production features that solve complex customer challenges.

• Develop full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.

• Build, deploy, and continuously improve AI-powered applications, including LLM workflows, prompt engineering, voice technologies, and transcription systems.

• Design and maintain integrations with customer systems and third-party APIs.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.

• Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback, continuously improving performance and user experience.

• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and execution speed.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Strong experience building full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Hands-on experience developing with Python.

• Experience building AI applications, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern AI tooling.

• Strong understanding of APIs and third-party system integrations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

• Comfortable working directly with customers and acting as a trusted technical advisor.

• Exceptional prioritization and project management skills in fast-moving environments.
