    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support payroll and benefits-related projects, including process documentation, data review, reporting, and employee communication support.
    • Gain exposure to HR systems, payroll cycles, benefits programs, compliance considerations, and the behind-the-scenes work that supports a strong employee experience.
    • Partner with the Benefits & Payroll team and broader HR Department on projects that require confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and clear communication.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Authorized to work in the United States
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to support employee-facing benefits and payroll communications in a clear, professional, and helpful manner.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when working with employee data, payroll information, benefits records, deadlines, and recurring processes.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within the HR Department while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality with sensitive employee, payroll, and benefits information.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, documenting processes, and supporting accurate payroll and benefits administration.
    • Comfort learning HR, payroll, and benefits systems and using technology to support accurate records, reporting, and employee service.
    • Strong presentation acumen.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlines tied to payroll cycles, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and employee communications.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience working with spreadsheets, reporting, or data entry is preferred.
    • Ability to:
      • Maintain confidential employee, payroll, and benefits information to the highest degree.
      • Work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and follow established processes with accuracy.
      • Develop and maintain effective working relationships.
